Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Financials Manager to lead large, full-lifecycle implementations for finance transformations across industries from Los Angeles. You will partner with client executives and Deloitte teams to deliver value using an adaptive implementation approach.

Expect to manage multiple workstreams, drive requirements, and mentor teams while traveling up to 50% as needed; experience with Workday Financials is essential, and a strong consulting background is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Understand client business and drive value using Workday and Deloitte solutions; oversee multiple workstreams and manage risks.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers; participate in pursuit teams and proposals.
• Lead and coordinate Workday Financials implementations across multiple projects from planning to go-live.
