Job summary

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions team in San Francisco seeks an experienced Workday Financials Manager to drive large-scale, full-lifecycle implementations. You’ll work with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams, shaping financial transformations with Deloitte’s adaptive approach and leveraging extensive ERP experience.

We value senior-level expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRPs, configuration, testing, and client training, with frequent travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
• May have oversight of multiple workstreams within a project, which includes providing guidance to individual workstreams to help with their overall progress, escalation of risks and issues as needed, ensuring cross-functional activities are coordinated and occurring as needed, assisting with project management activities (or serving as project manager), ensuring deliverables are being developed and will be ready according to plan.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
