Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Financials Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead large, end-to-end ERP implementations across finance transformations using a Deloitte adaptive approach.

You will collaborate with Deloitte and client teams, manage multiple workstreams, define system strategy, capture requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and train users. Travel up to 50% is required; immigration sponsorship may be limited.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Develop strategies with clients to gain tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions; oversee multiple workstreams and manage risks.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate in proposal development processes.
