Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Financials Manager to work with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams on full-lifecycle Workday implementations focused on finance transformations. You will manage client interactions, develop strategies, and oversee multiple workstreams while guiding deliverables on projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in consulting or financials ERP, with 4+ years in Workday Financials, and a proven track record on six or more end-to-end deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
