Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an Associate Workday Financials Manager to lead client engagements and deliver Workday Financials solutions. This hybrid role combines client management with consulting responsibilities across a portfolio of Workday Finance projects for diverse industries.

You will guide project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure client satisfaction while partnering with consultants and project managers. Travel is limited to <5% annually.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% annually.
• Ability to coach and develop global remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients across industries.
• Scope, estimate, plan, and manage deliverables and timelines.
• Lead and deploy Workday projects with consultants/project managers.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure client satisfaction and effective communication with leadership.
• Contribute to knowledge management and best practices.
• Meet KPIs such as utilization, SLAs, customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
