Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning practitioner to partner with global enterprise clients. You will own engagements from discovery and sheet modeling to security and OfficeConnect, delivering robust FP&A architectures.

You will guide data flows, leverage Workday Core Reporting and EIBs to feed Adaptive models, mentor consultants, and help grow the Adaptive practice. The role requires strong project ownership, deep Adaptive expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Expertise in at least two core areas listed
• Strong Workday Reporting mastery
• Proven project ownership on multiple client projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect end-to-end client engagements.
• Bridge data from Workday to Adaptive models.
• Advise clients on FP&A architectures.
• Mentor consultants and shape Adaptive practice.
