Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams. You will provide post-production support across Workday Payroll, design configurations, and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction and strong service delivery in a remote setup. Responsibilities include implementing payroll configurations, testing, knowledge transfer, documentation, and collaboration on multiple client projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with Workday implementations or AMS
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security; developing reports and dashboards
• Strong communication in remote environments
• Ability to create documentation and guides for clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement client requirements in Workday Payroll module(s).
• Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business needs; propose solutions and improvements.
• Assist clients in testing configuration and develop documentation.
• Troubleshoot processes, data, reports, and calculations.
• Follow company methodology to implement solutions while remaining adaptable.
• Collaborate on team projects and share best practices.
• Innovate and suggest efficient Workday deployment approaches.
• Meet deadlines and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to team members and coach others.
