Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in information technology in higher education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday Financial Aid configuration or usage.
• Deep understanding of Federal Student Aid regulations (Title IV, FAFSA/ISIR changes).
• Experience with UAT, data mapping, and validation for ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Document institutional business processes, compliance requirements, and student aid operations.
• Configure and test Workday Financial Aid processes and data validation.
• Enable end-users and coordinate with Enrollment Management and campus partners during Workday transition.
