Job summary

Workday is hiring a Student Financial Aid Consultant to lead the implementation of the Workday Student solution with a focus on Financial Aid and, when needed, Student Financials. You will gather requirements, configure the product, demonstrate prototypes, and assist with testing and data migration.

You will work with Higher Education clients, manage multiple engagements, and travel up to 50% as needed to design sessions and testing events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday or similar Financial Aid experience.
• Leadership in Financial Aid, operations, or compliance roles.
• Comfort configuring and testing financial aid systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on Financial Aid and Student Financials.
• Gather requirements for packaging, awarding, disbursement, and billing.
• Configure Workday solutions and demonstrate configurations to clients.
• Assist with testing, data conversion, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple customers.
