Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a senior Workday Financials specialist to own the Workday Finance architecture, configuration, and security. You will partner with Corporate IT and external vendors to align capabilities with business needs and ensure scalable, compliant processes.

You will lead testing and release governance, develop advanced reporting, and support period-end close across global Finance. The role requires hands-on FIN module expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday FIN configuration across multiple modules and integrations.
• Cross-functional Workday administration including security, BP framework, and reporting.
• Experience managing Workday release cycles with regression testing and UAT.
• Advanced Workday reporting, including calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience with EIB data loads and troubleshooting system issues.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment with ownership.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Finance architecture, configuration, security, and processes.
• Lead testing and release governance including UAT and regression testing.
• Design advanced reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and data governance.
• Support period-end close and global Finance transactions.
• Develop SOPs and user guides to enable adoption.
