Job summary

Arizona State University in Tempe seeks a Business and Data Analyst 2 to help implement system requirements and perform routine data analysis to meet data management objectives within a unit.

The role serves as a liaison between business units and technology teams, supporting Workday Financial Management and HCM, gathering requirements, writing specifications, and assisting with evaluation, analysis, and implementation of Workday functionality to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area; or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management and/or HCM is preferred.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Core, Recruitment, Learning).
• Develop and execute test plans and support end-user training and adoption.
• Analyze and resolve Workday-related issues and maintain proper documentation.
