Arizona State University seeks a Business and Data Analyst 2 to implement system requirements and perform data analysis to meet unit objectives. You will liaise between business units and technology teams to support Workday Financial Management and HCM, gathering requirements and translating them into effective solutions.

You will develop test plans, execute system tests for Workday releases, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management and/or HCM.
• Experience in gathering requirements and writing specifications.
• Ability to analyze and resolve Workday-related issues.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Core, Recruitment, Learning) as needed.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure changes meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct system and user acceptance testing, and support end-user training.
• Analyze and resolve Workday issues and manage tickets to resolution.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for knowledge transfer.
