Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Workday Developer to join the HRIT Compensation team in Charlotte, NC.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes, while building integrations with other HR systems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Workday Extend experience, strong coding and debugging skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Extend development.
• Proficiency in building integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday Compensation and general HR systems experience.
• Strong coding, testing, debugging, and deployment skills with a focus on technical development.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and lead technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
• Lead technical initiatives, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR technology projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
