Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Technical Developer / Engineer to join our HRIT team in Charlotte, NC (onsite 3 days a week) or Minneapolis, MN.

You will lead the development of advanced compensation solutions in Workday, enhance integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions while mentoring teammates in a dynamic, globally focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Workday development experience in the advanced compensation functional area.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, and integrations such as EIBs and Core Connectors.
• Strong technical skills in building solutions that tie together complex compensation processes.
• Experience with Workday Extend development and HR systems/data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of advanced compensation solutions within Workday.
• Support and enhance Workday integrations, including Studio and BIRT reporting, to streamline compensation processes and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and debug technical solutions addressing compensation challenges.
• Participate in large-scale planning and strategy sessions to support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a technical escalation point, mentoring less experienced team members while fostering collaboration.
