We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) team and support Workday Engineering initiatives for the Compensation product team.
This role will deliver compliant Workday Extend solutions supporting critical U.S. and global compensation projects. The ideal candidate combines strong Workday Extend development expertise with hands‑on experience building integrations and a solid understanding of Workday Compensation processes. You will work in an Agile environment, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver incremental, high‑quality product enhancements.
Pay Range: $65- $70
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
