Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Workday ERP implementation for a public-sector organization in Golden, CO. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations or Workday.
• Public-sector or K–12 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including IT, business leaders, consultants, end users, and vendors.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Support and execute Workday go-live and cutover plans across multiple phases.
• Coordinate temporary business processes between Phase 1 and Phase 2 go-lives.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Partner with change-management teams and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback and help develop roadmaps.
• Identify risks and escalate critical issues to project leadership.
