Workday Implementation ERP Project Manager

Location: Golden, CO – In-Person
Duration: Temporary through June 30, 2027

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Workday ERP implementation for a public-sector organization. This role will coordinate multiple cross-functional implementation teams, manage critical project activities, and help drive successful go-live phases through June 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including IT, business leaders, consultants, end users, and vendors.

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.

• Support and execute Workday go-live and cutover plans across multiple implementation phases.

• Coordinate temporary business processes between Phase 1 and Phase 2 go-lives.

• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.

• Partner with change-management teams and key stakeholders across the organization.

• Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback and help develop prioritized punch lists and product roadmaps.

• Identify risks and escal critical issues to project leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional project management or project coordination experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP implementations, Workday, cutover planning, change management, or business process improvement strongly preferred

• Public-sector or K–12 experience is a plus

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, SHRM, PHR, or CPA certification is a plus
