Job summary

Carilion Clinic seeks an ERP Manager (Workday) to lead the Workday environment across HCM, Financial, and Supply Chain domains. The role drives configuration, integrations, testing, releases, upgrades, and governance with IT and business stakeholders in a decentralized model.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Workday experience, proven leadership, and a Workday Pro certification. An onsite preference exists with remote/hybrid options for select states.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience with Workday or comparable ERP environment.
• Workday Pro certification or advanced Workday training in one or more areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Workday applications, integrations, and support resources.
• Oversee configuration, enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, integrations, and documentation for Workday.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, Benefits and other functions to deliver Workday priorities.
• Lead a decentralized operating model and influence cross-functional teams.
