Job summary

Employment Enterprises is seeking a Project Manager to support the Job & Skills Architecture initiative. This full-time, onsite role based in Washington, DC will ensure milestones are met, align with Workday timelines, and coordinate governance and stakeholders.

You will drive cross-functional delivery with vendors, manage RAID, and prepare executive health reports. A background in HR transformations, Workday implementations, and strong governance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years project/program management experience.
• Experience leading HR transformation or HR technology initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Workday implementations and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain JSA project plan with Workday alignment and drive milestones.
• Coordinate across workstreams and manage dependencies and reviews.
• Maintain RAID log, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
• Support executive reporting and vendor governance; track actions to resolution.
