Job summary

MetAntz in Santa Clara seeks a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Workday Core HCM experience to support HR process development, configuration, and optimization. You will collaborate with the Workday Functional Manager and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

You will configure, test, and support Workday HCM processes, maintain core data, and develop calculated fields and notifications. Data loading, audits, and security awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Knowledge of core HCM business processes and data structures.
• Experience with calculated fields, rules, and Workday security.
• Experience with EIBs, data loading, audits and reconciliation.
• Understanding of downstream payroll and benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and support Workday HCM business processes (Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Maintain Core HCM data including supervisory organizations, job profiles, locations, and cost centers.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and notifications.
• Support data loading, mass updates, and transformations using EIBs.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, audits, and reconciliation.
• Support integrations and data needs across payroll, benefits, finance, and other teams.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for Workday end users.
• Follow data privacy guidelines when handling employee information.
