Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Workday Core HCM Developer / Consultant to design, configure, and optimize Workday Core HCM, integrations, security, and reporting. You will partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

The role includes production support, data loads (EIB), releases, and dashboard development, requiring 6+ years HRIS experience and 3+ years Workday Core HCM. A collaboration-driven, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience including Workday Core HCM
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Configuration
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security
• Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields
• Strong knowledge of Custom & Advanced Reporting
• Experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting production environments and end users

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support Workday security configuration, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on system enhancements.
• Support data validation, data loads (EIB), and integration activities.
