Cognizant Workday is offering a summer 2027 internship for students eager to dive into Workday consulting, HR and finance solutions, and data analysis.

As a Workday Consulting Intern you will support delivery, collaborate with seasoned consultants, and apply AI-driven tools to derive insights while gaining hands-on client experience. The role is onsite in Plano, TX, starting in June 2027 and lasting nine weeks with a $25/hour rate.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations Management), Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems, and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to final graduation date.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, with a commitment to delivering client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsabilités

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices, and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
