Job summary

Cognizant Workday is recruiting for a Summer 2027 Internship as a Workday Consulting Intern in Plano, TX. You will contribute to delivering HR and Finance technol- ogy solutions on the Workday platform while gaining hands-on data analysis, process optimization, and client engagement experience.

You’ll collaborate with seasoned consultants, analyze market trends, and apply AI tools to enhance data analysis and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, HR, CS, or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months of graduation.
Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with teamwork and leadership.
Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions and support go-to-market initiatives.
Apply AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal challenges.
Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
