Job summary

Cognizant Workday practice is recruiting for a Summer 2027 Workday Consulting Intern. You will contribute to HR and Finance technology solutions, gain hands-on data analysis, and work with seasoned consultants and clients.

Role involves analyzing issues, collaborating on technology-driven solutions, and applying AI tools to enhance data insights. This onsite internship lasts 9 weeks in Plano, TX, starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to graduation.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teamwork and leadership.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and apply it to analyze issues and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and address client challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
