Cognizant Workday is recruiting a summer internship for 2027 in Plano, TX. The Workday Consulting Intern will support HR and Finance technology implementations, contribute to data analysis, and learn from experienced advisors.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, client engagements, and the use of AI tools to enhance insights. The program runs 9 weeks starting in June 2027, with an onsite work model. Compensation is hourly at $25.00.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, HR, CS, or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months of graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and best practices and apply it to analyze issues and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
