Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Consulting Intern for summer 2027 in the United States. You will help deliver HR and Finance solutions on the Workday platform while gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in alternatives like Business, Finance, HR, CS or Information Systems.
Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
Apply AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
