Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, HR, CS or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months of graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation and enterprise solutions for client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
