Qualifications

Typical Day

The role is highly project-based and will involve a combination of Workday configuration, service requests, configuration management, analysis, testing, and validation. Approximately 20% of the work may involve configuration changes, with the remaining time focused on reporting, analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring system functionality is working as expected. The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. Limited overtime may be required for incident or maintenance activities, with occasional weekend support possible.
