Job summary

Legend Biotech, based in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Manager for Workday Compensation and Talent to lead Core/Advanced Compensation and Talent configurations. You will partner with HR and HRIS to deliver scalable Workday solutions and drive continuous improvement across compensation and performance management.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage biannual releases while ensuring system integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS or HR tech experience with Hands-on Workday compensation and talent configuration responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management and Talent modules.
• Experience managing Workday releases, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
• Ability to partner with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent modules and related processes.
• Partner with leaders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead configuration for compensation plans, programs and cycles (merit, bonus, promotions, incentives).
• Lead configuration for Performance Management and Talent processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration, succession).
• Provide functional expertise on Workday processes, security, and design for scalable solutions.
• Manage Workday biannual releases, including impact assessment and testing.
• Establish standards for configuration, testing, deployment, and control to ensure audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize Workday processes.
