Job summary
Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent to own Workday Core and Advanced Compensation and Talent. You will lead configuration, testing, releases, and continuous improvement while partnering with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
The role requires managing biannual releases, ensuring system integrity and audit readiness, and optimizing compensation and performance processes to improve the employee and manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in HRIS/HR technology with 3+ years Workday Compensation & Talent configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management and Talent processes.
- Proven experience managing Workday release cycles and adopting new functionality.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management and Talent modules.
- Collaborate with Compensation, Talent, HR and HRIS leaders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead configuration for compensation plans, cycles, incentives, guidelines and related processes.
- Lead configuration for Performance Management and Talent processes including goals, reviews, calibration and succession.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and audit readiness across Workday configurations.
