Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent to lead Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Talent and related processes in Bridgewater, NJ. You will own configurations, releases, testing, and continuous improvement, partnering with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology.
• At least 3+ years of hands‑on Workday Compensation and Talent configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent.
• Experience managing Workday release cycles and partnering with HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions with leaders across HR.
• Lead configuration for compensation plans, bonuses, promotions, and incentives.
• Lead Performance Management and Talent processes, including reviews and succession planning.
• Provide functional expertise on Workday processes, security, and design.
• Manage biannual Workday releases, including testing and adoption.
• Establish standards for configuration, testing, deployment, and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate Workday processes.
• Act as decision-maker for configuration across modules balancing needs and scalability.
• Evaluate new Workday functionality and recommend adoption based on value.
• Prioritize enhancements in line with compensation cycles and HRIS governance.
