Formación

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM Functional configuration and support.
• Experience in Workday Core HCM and at least one additional module like Recruiting or Compensation.
• Ability to write and execute test cases, perform data validation, and manage defects.

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations.
• Support ongoing Workday releases, updates, and tenant management.
