Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation professional to support the Total Rewards team on a global basis. You will be the first contact for compensation questions and help with complex job offers, benchmarking, and pay strategy across stakeholders.

You will develop cost models, forecast analyses, and design recommendations for compensation programs while driving administration of annual surveys and project work. A strong analytic background and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or client‑facing role.
Proven experience developing and implementing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse employee populations.
Demonstrated experience managing the administration of short‑term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex compensation models and present findings to management.
Experience leading compensation‑related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for Workmates for compensation questions across channels.
Support stakeholders on complex job offers and retention needs; conduct benchmarking analyses.
Develop cost models, forecast analyses and design recommendations for global compensation programs.
Participate in administration of annual survey participation and related program support.
