Exhibit the ability to independently resolve regression testing findings, partnering with People Operations and vendor partners as needed.
Support Workday enhancement and ticket lifecycle management in coordination with People Operations and our third-party provider, defining requirements and conducting testing.
Grow into confirming production readiness ahead of go-live, partnering with stakeholders as needed.
