Job summary
Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking a Workday compensation configuration specialist to lead the annual compensation cycle across multiple populations and tenants. You will configure, test, and validate core and advanced compensation settings, build and review grids, plans, and security rules, and collaborate with People Operations to ensure accurate, timely rollouts.
You will develop expertise in Workday releases, support regression testing, and contribute to enhanced reporting and dashboards
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Experience with Workday and Advanced Compensation concepts.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HCM configuration.
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals (incentive plans, bonuses, accruals).
- Proficient in Excel including Power Query and complex formulas.
- Strong testing, validation and documentation habits.
- Clear communicator able to explain system concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute and validate pre-launch configurations for annual compensation cycle across processes and populations.
- Generate and update grids, matrices, templates, and security rules for compensation cycles.
- Roll out plan changes and validate accuracy across tenants before production.
