Job summary
Arch Capital in Raleigh, NC seeks a Workday compensation configuration professional to own core and advanced compensation setup, annual cycle configuration, and security visibility. You will collaborate with People Operations and compensation teams to implement rules, grids, plan profiles, and test changes across tenants prior to production.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation concepts.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HCM configuration and compensation fundamentals.
- Strong Excel skills including Power Query and advanced formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail with solid testing, validation and documentation habits.
Responsibilities
- Execute and validate pre-launch configurations for annual compensation cycles across active processes and populations.
- Generate and update compensation grids, matrices, templates, and security rules prior to cycle launch.
- Assist with plan rollouts and ensure accuracy across tenants before production promotion.
- Collaborate with People Operations to build the organizational structure for the annual compensation cycle.
