We are looking for a Workday Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards and Performance Solutions team. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, especially in supporting and executing year-end compensation processes.
Job Summary:
As a senior-level contributor, you’ll serve as a Workday Compensation SME, driving configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements. You'll also play a key role in documentation, stakeholder communication, and supporting critical compensation cycles.
