Job Title: Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

Scope of Work
To support the successful configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation through the full lifecycle of our upcoming merit and bonus cycle, concluding with a mock run.
Scope of Services
The consultant will serve as a dedicated project resource, contributing in the following capacities:
1. Strategic Design Support
o Provide expert guidance on configuration design decisions
o Present and evaluate options, trade-offs, and implications
o Recommend best practices based on past implementation experience
2. Technical Translation
o Convert our business requirements and compensation processes into scalable Workday configuration
o Ensure alignment between business goals and system design
3. Implementation Support
o Assist in configuring Workday Advanced Compensation modules
o Support system testing and validation
o Identify and resolve configuration issues
4. Change Management & Training
o Prepare updated job aids aligned with new processes
o Support the development of role-based training materials for end users
