What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sources to build compensation models and predictive analytics
- Consult with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to provide expert guidance on compensation principles
- Create and maintain tools and reports for HR practitioners, including merit modeling and market analyses
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit and bonus structures
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and relevant regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of compensation experience, including strategy development and expertise in base pay and market pricing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and data visualization
- Proven ability to consult and build credibility with stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Workday and BetterComp
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and the healthcare industry
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Advanced knowledge of benchmarking, job evaluations, and survey analysis
- Strong executive communication and project management skills
