We are Accenture, a global professional services company, searching for a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence Lead.

This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning, and HR. Successfully migrating data operations to cloud environments is a major focus for many of our clients. The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of over 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  2. Support the creation of work plans for large, complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
  3. Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
  4. Collaborate with clients to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
  5. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  6. Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes and legal/regulatory reports in Workday.
  7. Support year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
  8. Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
  9. Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  10. Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence solutions, considering cross-functional impacts.
  11. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  12. Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
  13. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  14. Provide project status updates to the Project Manager.
  15. Maintain strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  16. Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets.

Travel may be required, with the extent varying based on business needs and client requirements.

Qualifications
  • Workday Partner Certification.
  • At least 3 years of consulting experience, at a senior or similar level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Education or Government sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Canadian Payroll processing.
  • Workday Canadian PATT experience.
  • Strong US Payroll process knowledge.
  • Understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Experience with payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, SAP, Ceridian, ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, or Ultimate.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. We provide a reasonable salary range as per local laws in states like California, Colorado, D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
