We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Human Resources Leave Administrator to lead our newly formed Leave of Absence (LOA) department. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have multi-state experience and a background in industrial or distribution environments.
Location: Reading, PA or Latrobe, PA (Preferred: Reading)
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 (Target: $115,000) + 12% Bonus
