Corporate Human Resources Leave Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Human Resources Leave Administrator to lead our newly formed Leave of Absence (LOA) department. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have multi-state experience and a background in industrial or distribution environments.

Location: Reading, PA or Latrobe, PA (Preferred: Reading)

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 (Target: $115,000) + 12% Bonus

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and legal protections under FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws.
  • 4+ years of experience in leave administration or related HR role, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing leave policies and procedures, preferably in a multi-state organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday) and leave management software is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA/leave administration is a plus.
