This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning, and HR. For many of our clients, successfully migrating their data operations to cloud environments is a major focus. Workday's enterprise data-reporting software is a critical component of many cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of over 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on a Workday implementation project.
2. Support the creation of work plans for large, complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
3. Research and resolve daily Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
4. Collaborate with clients to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
5. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
6. Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
7. Support legal and regulatory reporting in Workday.
8. Assist with year-end reporting and activities.
9. Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
10. Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements.
11. Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence solutions ensuring cohesive work streams and considering cross-functional impacts.
12. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
13. Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
14. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
15. Provide project status updates to the Project Manager.
16. Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives.
17. Support innovation through the creation of new methods and assets.

Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience, preferably at a Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• At least 1 year of experience in Education or Government sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canadian Payroll processing.
• Workday Canadian PATT experience.
• Strong US Payroll process knowledge.
• Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
• Experience with payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, SAP, Ceridian, ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, or Ultimate.
