Job summary

New Jersey Manufacturers Ins. is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to assist with design, configuration, solutioning, and management of Workday for Benefits and Time Tracking/Absence modules.

You will gather requirements, perform configuration and testing, and collaborate on integrations with Workday Studio to support vendor connections. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of hands‑on configuration experience in the Benefits and Time Tracking & Absence Workday modules.
• 2-4 years of experience with Workday reporting and EIBs.
• Knowledge of multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, configuration, solutioning, and ongoing management of Workday benefits, time tracking, and absence modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business or system processes using user stories or diagrams.
• Perform Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Partner with developers on Workday Studio integrations and troubleshoot vendor integrations.
• Create and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to support needs.
• Provide technical support by investigating and resolving incidents.
• Participate in testing activities and ensure timely deliverables.
