Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Workday Workday Analyst (PATT) to partner with internal teams, optimizing Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules within Workday and its integrated apps. You will maximize system efficiencies and serve as a subject matter expert for PATT.

You will configure, test, and maintain payroll components, security, and reporting, while supporting integrations with time and attendance systems, benefits providers, and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Workday Pro Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking certification preferred.
• 2-3 years implementing/suppporting Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and time entry design.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors).
• Excellent Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules in Workday.
• Maintain security, structures, processes, and reporting.
• Develop integrations with external systems (benefits providers, banks, tax authorities).
• Create reports, dashboards, and worklets; manage permissions for sharing reports.
• Test configurations and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support year-end payroll processes and reporting.
