ChristianaCare is seeking a Systems Analyst focused on Workday Benefits to translate business needs into scalable configurations. You will partner with Benefits, HR, Payroll, and vendors to optimize eligibility, enrollment, and compliance while ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction.

You will lead benefit-related configurations, develop test plans, and support UAT for changes. A strong background in HRIS, Workday Benefits, and healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HRIS or Workday experience.
• 2+ years Workday Benefits configuration.
• Experience supporting Benefits Open Enrollment and annual HR programs.
• Experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Experience in healthcare industry.
• HCM configuration experience.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into Workday Benefits configurations and specs.
• Lead Benefits configuration including eligibility rules and events.
• Develop test plans and support UAT for changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors on solutions.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for Benefits.
