Job summary

ChristianaCare seeks a Data Analyst to drive HR analytics and reporting. You will design and analyze data across employee and organizational metrics, build scorecards for HR and leadership teams, and deliver insights to improve engagement and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities include data collection from SQL and Workday sources, validating data integrity, and delivering high-quality reports while collaborating with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a quantitative field is preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience with a heavy emphasis on data and analytics, preferably in HR.
• 2 years of Workday report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and organizational data.
• Develop and maintain scorecards for HR and organizational analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support engagement and retention goals.
• Contribute to external benchmark research to anticipate recruitment trends.
• Pull data from internal and external sources via SQL and Workday.
• Ensure data and process integrity and prepare data for presentation.
