Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Data Analyst for the Human Resources Department to drive data-backed decisions and improve processes. The role focuses on standardizing and automating internal HR reports, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis, and supporting predictive analytics initiatives.

You will design and implement data solutions, pull data from internal and external sources (SQL, Workday), and collaborate with partners to optimize recruitment and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required (e.g., statistics, math, econ, OR operations research).
• 5 years of professional data analytics experience, preferably in HR.
• 2 years of Workday report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and organizational data.
• Develop and maintain HR scorecards and predictive indicators.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support engagement and retention goals.
