Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a Workday Benefits Senior Consultant to manage multiple Workday projects across HCM/Recruiting. You will lead delivery teams, ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables, and act as SME in client meetings.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and coordinate resources across internal and external stakeholders. Travel up to 50% may be required in this remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience defining scope and requirements in an Internet-based tech environment.
• 2 to 3 years of leading Workday or similar ERP project implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strong client interaction skills.
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more areas of large projects or multiple projects over extended durations.
• Manage project stages from planning through testing and deployment for clients.
• Coordinate work of team members and monitor FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Provide proactive client interface to ensure effective delivery of Workday projects.
• Consult on dependencies and integration across Workday domains.
