Job summary

PUMA Gruppe in Somerville, MA is looking for a Workday Benefits & Payroll Specialist to own Benefits configuration and Open Enrollment, support payroll processes, and manage carrier integrations for the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

You will partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance and the global HR Technology team to configure, test, report, and document changes, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Benefits configuration.
• Experience supporting Benefits processes incl. eligibility, Open Enrollment, life events.
• Hands-on Payroll knowledge and HR data integration.
• Strong Workday configuration, testing, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Collaborative, service-oriented partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance and HR Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration and Open Enrollment system setup for US, PR, and Canada.
• Lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes, releases, integrations, and enhancements.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to support HR operations.
• Support Benefits and Payroll integrations, including carrier feeds and EIBs.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and global HR Technology on improvements and documentation.
• Maintain clear system documentation for operational continuity.
