• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, maps, analyzes, and improves clinical and business processes.
• Develops test plans, test cases, and test scripts; conducts testing and documents outcomes.
• Translates user requirements into functional design specifications with IT partners.
• Maintains process documentation and supports change control procedures.
• Delivers end-user training and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Collaborates with providers and leadership to resolve application issues.
• Creates project timelines and coordinates activities of project team.
